Building supply chain resilience and efficiency through additive manufacturing: An ambidextrous perspective on the dynamic capability view

Following the COVID-19 outbreak, a wide range of scholars and practitioners have come to recognize potential Additive Manufacturing (AM) technology in building supply chain resilience efficiency. However, it remains unclear how AM might be able simultaneously build efficiency resilience, given often conflicting nature these qualities. This paper employs an ambidextrous perspective on dynamic capability theory investigate solve this resilience-efficiency dilemma at level.
